Ariat Dirt World Summit 2024 — LEAD BETTER

Written by Aaron Witt | Aug 29, 2024 4:00:00 PM

The Dirt World (critical infrastructure and resources) has a LONG list of conferences.

Each provides a different value, from sampling the latest equipment to brushing up on professional education.

But none revolve around the industry's greatest resource — its people.

Thanks to my travels and intimate industry access, I've "studied" the Dirt World's workforce challenge for years.

What is the one differentiator between the best Dirt World companies, who have the best talent, and those struggling?

Leadership.

And this shouldn't come as a surprise. If you study any high-performing team, you'll notice the same theme.

If only an event were dedicated to leveling up your people and leadership…

I HAVE GOOD NEWS — The Ariat Dirt World Summit is happening for the second time this November 4-6 in San Antonio, Texas!

What makes this event different?

We've recruited some of the…

  • Industry's top leaders, from billion-dollar companies to small family shops, to highlight their best practices.
  • World's best speakers on leadership and workforce development—from former Navy SEALs to fighter pilots to professional sports team owners.
  • Industry's hungriest to attend. With nearly 800 leaders already signed up, you won't find energy or conversation remotely similar anywhere else.
  • Dirt World's best vendors, from software to work apparel, to help you level up further.

Who is Dirt World for?

Anyone from CEOs to young field leaders.

If you want to grow as a leader and meet others doing the same, the Ariat Dirt World Summit is for you.

And if you want to further invest in your up-and-coming leadership, as you know that's your company's future, the Ariat Dirt World Summit is for you.

Sign yourself or others at your company up at the link below before we sell out!

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE… Anyone attending this year’s Ariat Dirt World Summit will enjoy 90 days free to BuildWitt Connect, a leadership-specific platform featuring weekly calls with some of the industry’s best leaders.

We're having fun this week by highlighting four of the most incredible machines I've had the fortune of checking out over the past few years!

First, we have the largest dredge in North America, the Dredge New York, operated by Great Lakes Dock and Dredge.

Second, we head to Alberta, Canada, to check out some of the heaviest haul in the world, thanks to the Canadian oil sands. The Albertans do it different...

Third is the lava loader, dedicated to moving liquid slag after the steelmaking process. You won't find a much more custom loader.

And finally is the Kress Coal Hauler, straight from the planet Hoth. Moving 200 tons of coal at nearly 50MPH? Not a problem.
