Jordan Hillstrom came onto the Dirt Talk radar through BuildWitt’s own Benjamin Holmgren. Benjamin introduced Jordan like this: “He and Aaron would have a great conversation about their Dirt World philosophies.” Can’t beat that! Jordan is VP of Business Development at Xeratec, a software company based with offices in Michigan and South Carolina. He’s also a co-owner of LoadTraxx, a company built on fixing issues in the shorthaul trucking process. But in addition to the software, Jordan was also a member of the Army Rangers has a deep love and appreciation for the Dirt World and making the Dirt World a better place.

In this week’s episode, hosts Aaron and Alex chat with Jordan about his time with the Rangers, why it’s so important to treat people as people, and how by truly caring for people, we all can impact the Dirt World.
