Why are you passionate about dirt/BuildWitt?

The people in the dirt world are some of the most kind and caring people I’ve ever met. I ran a large conference at my previous company for the construction industry, and even the vendors for the event commented that they were amazed at how laid back and kind they were. This was their favorite event to host because of the attendees. I love that now I get to work more directly with these awesome people!

Spending time with my family, dancing, traveling
