Why are you passionate about dirt/BuildWitt?

I grew up in rural Ohio and I was able to get a lot of exposure to farming and moving dirt. Whether it was helping out on a friends farm or using heavy machines to move equipment for the family business, there always seemed to be a tractor on the property that we would constantly use. 

What motivates you more than anything else? What’s your personal “why”?

My biggest motivator is helping people. There is a lot of satisfaction when it comes to doing a great job and having your name on it. Even more motivating is being able to be part of an amazing team doing things to change the world one day at a time. 

Favorite past times/hobbies?

I have been boating my entire life and that is my absolute favorite hobby. I also love traveling with my family and exploring new places. Aside from that, I have always had a love for cars and trucks, I have owned 4 Mustangs so far and plan on having another in the future. 

Favorite book and/or quote?

I saw this quote in middle school and it has stuck with me ever since: 

“If you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right” – Henry Ford 

What food could you eat forever?

Breakfast food, I could eat that for every meal for the rest of my life and be perfectly happy with it.
