I don’t have forty years of experience, but I have seen more projects across America and worldwide than most. Through my travels, I’ve noticed a small group of companies that don’t struggle with people. Why? Do they have some secret potion? No… They have field first leaders. Using stories from Dutch construction footwear habits to diamond mines under frozen Canadian lakes, I highlight the simple characteristics I’ve noticed in world-class company leaders and how everyone in the audience can do the same.
