We partnered with Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) to refine their brand presence and boost their hiring efforts, starting with positioning them as an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) employer of choice. The result is a robust, people-centric website that supports their talent acquisition needs, establishes an industry-leading online presence, and serves ongoing digital hiring campaigns.
We used a mix of exercises to collect qualitative data to help us understand the culture at ESS and the company’s hiring needs. From a detailed, anonymous employee survey, to a collaborative in-person workshop, we got plenty of actionable insights to power our work.
With fresh insights and inspiration, our media team took on shoots to produce photos and videos that highlight their people, each of the different roles, and their powerhouse capabilities. We ended up with 20 finished videos created and 350+ images selected, edited, and ready to use for the new website.
The new website for ESS included 300+ total web pages, taking news and projects into account. We create 60 unique page designs with copywriting, and 600+ redirects organized and implemented to elevate the user experience and SEO performance.
The website also includes an interactive quiz for potential candidates, prompting them to choose their experience level, career history, travel preferences, and more. The results direct users to potential career paths that may be a good fit.
Seeking to educate potential candidates about career opportunities and career paths available, we created a series of role-specific pages that informed users of different roles and responsibilities at ESS, with strong calls-to-action and an easy path to apply.
