1. BuildWitt Training SMS notifications send alerts and reminders to end users related to their account activity or that of others. This includes notifications about new assignments, as well as reminders of pending assignments. Administrators can also receive activity alerts for the users they administer.

    SMS notifications will also be used for account management activity such as resetting passwords and phone number confirmation when creating an account.

  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time (excluding account management SMS notifications, such as password resets). Go to Settings > Notification Preferences in BuildWitt Training and uncheck SMS. After this, you will no longer receive non-account management SMS messages from us.

    To stop account management SMS notifications, such as password resets, please send a request to support@buildwitt.com to delete your BuildWitt Training account.

    If you want to receive messages again, go to Settings > Notification Preferences in BuildWitt Training and choose SMS. We will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you will receive depends on the notifications you choose to receive. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
